Policies

Our time is valuable, as is yours. As such, we enforce the following policies for our appointments: 

Booking Policy:

All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file to book an appointment. By booking your appointment online, your credit card will not be charged upfront, however, it is required to reserve the appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

All appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation, or rescheduling notice. 

Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment starting time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service amount booked for as a cancellation fee. Any no-showed or missed appointments will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service amount booked for as a cancellation fee.

If you are scheduled for a pre-purchased package, for appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours, or no-show appointment, you will lose the treatment from the package.

Skin Forward may choose to waive these fees due to special/emergency circumstances. By providing your credit card information, you are authorizing Skin Forward for the above-stated charges.

Free Facial Cancellations:

Any clients who cancel within 24 hours, no show, or miss their free facial appointments WILL NOT be eligible for another one and will be subject to a $35 charge.

New Clients:

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out any forms as necessary.

Late Arrivals:

At Skin Forward, we reserve time exclusively for you, to ensure you get the best quality of service. As such for any clients that are 15 minutes or more late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, or you may choose to receive the service, for the remaining allotted time scheduled at full price.
